Vegan Cheese Dosa Recipe

Because our batter is entirely plant-based, it's incredibly easy to make a fully vegan cheese dosa.


The Method

Spread your dosa thinly on the pan using coconut oil. Once it starts crisping, grate your favorite plant-based cheese (cashew or soy-based works great) generously over the top. Add some finely chopped jalapeños or bell peppers. Fold and serve hot with a spicy tomato chutney!
